Pebble Onebird is a new Asian comfort food concept by restaurateur Taichi Ishizuki, whose experience spans restaurant operations across the United States, Asia, Europe, and Canada.

Opening in North Austin, Pebble Onebird brings together ramen, fried chicken, rice dishes, sandwiches, soups, and breakfast — all centered around one idea: chicken as a shared comfort across Asian cultures.

Originally launched in Tokyo’s Shibuya district, the Austin location represents the brand’s first U.S. outpost and a foundation for future growth.

Designed with a fully open kitchen and chef-counter seating, the restaurant reflects Ishizuki’s philosophy of transparency, hospitality, and connection through food.
